After 12+ years of climbing the corporate ladder at 3 different Fortune 500 Companies.

8+ years working for one of the Top 5 largest banks in America.
5+ years serving communities through philanthropy and serving on board roles.

It became very apparent that there is an overwhelming amount of resources available across Northeast Ohio, and although they existed. There was a lack of strategy, collaboration, and knowledge to have the impact on the Northeast Ohio community in it’s entirety. Which is where our vision began.

We envision a sustainable growth across Northeast Ohio that impacts all levels of the community without sacrifice, without discrimination, and without politics.
